I think that Zone Alarm Suite also has IE ad blocking. Of course, being filter driven, the filters had to be updated regularly. Before I switched to FF, maybe 18 months ago, I used to use a program called Filtergate (). There are many ad filtering and blocking programs for IE already, though most are not free.
